"Shipping was slow again"
I ordered from bendsoap.com the soaps were fine once they finally showed up. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were confusing. The package just sat there with no movement for days, which was frustrating. It’s not the end of the world, but it feels like the same issue again, and I’m getting kind of tired of dealing with it.

"Consistently good soap"
I’ve ordered this soap a few times now, and to be fair, it’s been solid every time. The quality stays the same from order to order, and I haven’t had any issues with it...

"Finally found a soap my skin actually likes"
I usually have to be really careful with soap because my skin gets irritated so easily, but this one has been great. No itching, no tight dry feeling after the shower, and after a few days my arms felt much calmer. It’s such a relief to find something gentle that actually works. I’m really glad I gave it a try.

"Good ingredients, but not my fave"
I do like that Bend Soap uses more natural ingredients and that the label isn’t packed with a bunch of stuff I can’t pronounce. My skin didn’t feel super dried out after using it, so that was a plus. The scent was a little stronger than I wanted though, and the bar got soft quicker than I expected. It’s not a bad soap at all, just didn’t totally wow me. I’d probably try a different scent or type next time.

"Works well, but I was a little skeptical"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of worried this would be one of those products that sounds better than it actually is. But after a few days of using it, my skin did feel less dry, especially my hands. It’s not an overnight miracle or anything, but it definitely helped. I just wish the bar lasted a bit longer...
